Application for a variation of a Premises Licence

Writtle College hereby gives notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Chelmsford City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence at Writtle College, Lordship Road, Writtle CM1 3RR
The application is to:-
Enable live or recorded music to be played in the open air or in a temporary building or marquee on the premises Monday to Saturday 10.00-01.00, Sunday 10.00 – 00.00 and on one designated Friday in May or June each year, for the summer ball, until 03.00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to licence@chelmsford.gov.uk not later than 18 February 2016.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE, during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
