Application for a Premises Licence Certificate (under Sections 17 of the Act)

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises as well as opening hours. The Sale of Alcohol at the premises between Mon. - Sat. 11.30 - 22.00, Sun 11.30 - 18.00

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE during normal working hours (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

 Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 12th July 2015.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
